      Recipes

      Cologne Mix

      • Mix 2 drops of Cinnamon
      • 2 drops of Rose 3%

      (proper dilution required) Apply behind the neck and on the wrists as you would cologne.

      Perfume Mix

      • Mix 1 drop of Clary Sage
      • 1 drop of Rose 3%
      • 1 drop of Neroli 3%

      (proper dilution required) Apply behind the neck, ears, chest and on the wrists as you would perfume.

      Menstrual Cramp Relief

      Apply a few drops of Rose 3% to the lower abdomen as often as needed for nausea, cramping and pain.
