Frankincense

Frankincense is commonly used to support a healthy respiratory, immune and nervous system and has a sweet, yet woody scent. Frankincense is a great essential oil for meditation and can help with wrinkles and blemishes when safely applied to the skin.

Grapeseed Oil

Step 1

Show love to your senses by adding 4 drops of Lavender, 4 drops of Lavender Oasis, and 4 drops of Frankincense to your Mila Eve Essentials Diffuser.

Step 2

Show that bathtub, that you barely get to soak in, some love as you add 1oz of your Lavender Oasis bath salts to the running water set to the perfect temperature to warm those muscles and joints. The oils that you’re diffusing as you’re running your bath already have your head in a lavender field.

Step 3

Show your mind some love by allowing the stress to slowly fade away as you massage your temples with Anti Stress while you’re soaking in the tub. Go ahead and massage a few drops on the back of your neck before you close that bottle up. Dilute and apply as needed.
