Step 1
Clear the air in your home by adding 2 drops of Grapefruit, 2 drops of Peppermint, 2 drops of Lemon, 2 drops of Eucalyptus and 4 drops of Positivity into your Mila Eve Essentials Diffuser.
Step 2
Clear your lungs before bedtime by diluting and applying topically to your chest and back, 2 drops of Eucalyptus, 2 drops of Lavender and 2 Drops of Peppermint to 1 tablespoon of your favorite Mila Eve Essentials Carrier Oil. Increase drops, if necessary, for higher strength and scent.
Step 3
Clear your mind by applying a few drops of Positivity to your forehead to uplift your mood and boost confidence, Frankincense 10% for a meditative mood and inner peace, Lavender for relaxation, or dilute and apply Peppermint to your temples (avoiding the eyes) for headache relief.
Step 4
Clear the germs with Self Defense or Lemon by adding a few drops to distilled water in a spray bottle and wipe surfaces clean. For a sore throat, dilute and apply Self Defense to your neck and throat as often as needed. For minor cuts and scrapes, add Tea Tree to your first aid kit.
Step 5
Clear the seasonal allergies by making a rollerball filled with your favorite Mila Eve Essential Carrier oil and add 4 drops of Lavender, 4 drops of Eucalyptus, 4 drops of lemon and 4 drops of Peppermint. Apply under the feet, down the spine and the chest as needed for seasonal allergy relief.
