Set “The Mood”

Step 1: Promote better sleep by soaking your day away. Add 1oz of your Sleep Tight bath salts to running water. The most work you’ll have to do right now is to swish the water around with your hand in a circular motion to ensure the salts have completely dissolved.

Step 2: While the water is running, let’s multitask so when you get out of the bath, you can tuck yourself in bed right away and sleep more peacefully than you have in a while. Add 4 drops of Sleep Tight, 2 drops of Ylang Ylang, 3 drops of Marjoram, and 3 drops of Lavender to your Mila Eve Essentials diffuser. I know you’re exhausted but please don’t forget to add the distilled water as well. Now, all you have to do is turn it on before you close your eyes for the night.

Step 3: The tub should be just about ready. Before you hop in, go ahead and add that same diffuser mix (minus the water of course) to 1oz of your Grapeseed oil. This is perfect for when you get out of the tub. You’ll massage this mix into your feet, shoulders, back and neck.

Step 4: Now, the moment you’ve been waiting for! Soak those tired joints and muscles in your wonderfully scented bath for 15 minutes. CAUTION! Don’t fall asleep just yet!

Step 5: Now that’s better! Climb into bed, turn the diffuser on, rub those feet, at least, with your custom mix, take 1 drop of sleep tight (plus 1 drop of Marjoram if you want a deeper sleep) and massage it into your temples, turn out the lights and enjoy the best sleep you’ve had in a very long time. Sleep Tight- Promote relaxation with this blend as you prepare for nighttime sleep. Use for aromatherapy or dilute and apply topically by massaging your back, neck and shoulders.

Ylang Ylang- Ylang Ylang is known for its calming and relaxing properties and supports emotional balance. It can also be added to hair conditioner to reduce split ends and maintain good hair quality, nourishing the scalp and strengthening the roots even for babies!

Marjoram- A deeply relaxing and soothing scent that can help with joint pain, stiffness and swelling. Excellent for headaches and stress related symptoms and promotes a more restful sleep.

Lavender- Lavender is the “cure all” of all essential oils. Not only is it known for its calming properties, it can be used to help promote healing of minor cuts, scrape, burns, sunburns, rashes/itching, bug bites and more. In the household it can be used to repel bugs and deodorize laundry.

Grapeseed Oil- Grapeseed oil is a very light and gentle oil, beneficial to skin and hair and a great source of Vitamin E. Due to its antimicrobial properties, some consider it an excellent solution for acne. It’s also a great base for massage oils with easy absorption.
