• Add 10 drops of Self Defense
• to 1oz of distilled water
• Shake and mist the air and wipe surfaces.

Immune Boost

• Add 6 drops of Self Defense 
• Add 1 drop of Oregano
• Add 1 drop of Thyme
• to a rollerball filled with your favorite Mila Eve Essentials Carrier oil
• Roll down the spine and underneath the feet daily for an immune boost.

Sore Throat Rescue

• Add 10 drops of Self Defense
• to 1oz of your favorite Mila Eve Signature Carrier oils
• apply to the neck and throat at the onset of a sore throat or cold as often as needed.
