  • Add 6 drops of Breathe Easy Blend
  • 4 drops of Peppermint
  • 4 drops of Sleep Tight Blend
  • 3 drops of Eucalyptus
  • to your Mila Eve Essentials diffuser for aromatherapy.

You can also dilute and apply a few drops of Breathe Easy topically to the neck, chest and back to assist with opening airways for easy breathing.

  • Add drops based on desired strength and skin sensitivity.
  • Apply as often as needed.
