Cold and Flu Bomb

  • Add 5 drops of Angelica Root
  • 3 drops of Thyme
  • 2 drops of Tea Tree
  • Add to 1 oz of Mila Eve Essentials Jojoba and apply underneath the feet and down the spine as often as needed. You can also add this same mix to your Mila Eve Essentials diffuser for aromatherapy.

Aromatherapy for Relaxation

  • Add 5 drops of Angelica Root
  • 5 drops of Lemon
  • 5 drops of Roman Chamomile
  • 2 drops Coriander
  • Add to your Mila Eve Essentials diffuser to promote relaxation.

Meditative Blend - Heart Chakra

  • Add 2 drops of Angelica Root
  • 2 drops of Helichrysum 
  • 3 drops of Grapefruit
  • 1 drop of Cedarwood
  • Add to a rollerball filled with your favorite Mila Eve Essentials carrier oil or to you diffuser while meditating to raise your frequency. Always test a small area before applying topically. Angelica Root is Photo toxic. Avoid sun exposure after use for 24 hours.
